All of the information and documents specified in the Istanbul Stock Exchange Listing Regulation should be prepared and the application to be traded should be made simultaneously with the application to be made to the Capital Markets Board.
After the application, Borsa Istanbul experts will initiate the examination process and request missing information and documents from the company. Afterwards, the relevant experts will be able to visit the company's headquarters and production facilities and make the necessary inspections.
After the completion of the examinations of the company, the request of the company to be traded will be decided by Borsa Istanbul and the decision will be sent to the Capital Markets Board as the opinion of Borsa Istanbul in order to be added to the public offering prospectus of the company.
